Technical bridge between enterprise dev teams and Finch's HRIS/Payroll API. Translated the bits that hurt back into roadmap items.

Smartcar
2020–2025 · Senior PM (via PM II, CSM II, CSM)
Joined as customer success, left as senior product. First product hire reporting to the CEO. Built the function from ad-hoc execution to structured delivery, and absorbed everything adjacent: billing migration, revenue ops with the COO before a finance hire, developer experience, and a CS reorg into Account Management, Solutions Architecture and Support.
- Scaled monthly API requests 150× and connected vehicles 50× at 100% platform reliability.
- Maintained 2× YoY ARR through Series B and C; 5× lift in active developers after the dashboard rebuild.
- Migrated the billing platform end-to-end (100% data integrity) and stood up the org design that replaced the original CS shape.
